5.      Purchase stop watches up to $260.00 – Steve Schofield

6.      Get meet forms for remaining SCY meets - Steve, Wayne, Julie

7.      Distribution of Meet Results for Publication on WEB to each meet host –Julie ,Wayne

8.      April 30, 2006 – *Initial deadline for LMSCs to submit the names of their delegates to the 2006 Convention due to the USMS Secretary. Nominations open until next meeting March 23, 2006

9.      Budget Committee – report Jeff

20.  Send SPMA financial statement and Annual meeting to USMS - Jeff notified his report approved. USMS deadline is April 30, 2006 – Wayne, Jeff , Shannon to update minutes
