Chairman Report:

• Submitted SPMA Coach of the Year Mark Moore as USMS ASCA World Clinic Grant
• Submitted Tom Trapp as SPMA delegate to convention
• SPMA Newsletter has firm deadlines. Julie Heather has yearly newsletter deadlines posted on web site. I am working with all meet hosts to get forms to newsletter in time.
• Working with Mark Moore and Julie Heather on LMSC mission statement.
• Created Action Items list from 6/24/04 meeting and followed up with all items.
• Submitted SPMA nominees for USMS Service Awards.
• Ordered SPMA logo Polo shirts for convention
• Completed my action items.

Web Report:

Posted all minutes and meet results as received.

Created many meet forms for newsletter and web site.

Continued with web site update
