Chairman Report:

• Submitting SPMA Coach of the Year Mark Moore as USMS Coach of the Year.
• Submitted SPMA Coach of the Year Mark Moore as USMS ASCA World Clinic Grant
• Submitted Tom Trapp as SPMA delegate to convention
• SPMA Newsletter has firm deadlines. Julie Heather has yearly newsletter deadlines posted on web site. I am working with all meet hosts to get forms to newsletter in time.
• Working with Mark Moore and Julie Heather on LMSC mission statement.
• Put out Action Items list from 5/6/04 meeting and followed up with all items.
• Working on SPMA submission of USMS Service Awards.
• Completed my action items.

Web Report:

Julie Heather added excel sheet for SPMA club listings

Posted all minutes and meet results as received.

Created many meet forms for newsletter and web site.

Continued with web site update
