Chairman Report:

• Submitting SPMA Coach of the Year Mark Moore as USMS Coach of the Year.
• Submitted Steve Schofield for consideration as Ransom Arthur award before deadline.
• SPMA Newsletter has firm deadlines. Julie Heather has yearly newsletter deadlines posted on web site. I am working with all meet hosts to get forms to newsletter in time.
• Working with Mark Moore and Julie Heather on LMSC mission statement.
• Put out Action Items list from 3/11/04 meeting and followed up with all items.
• Completed my action items.

Web Report:

Julie Heather added excel sheet for SPMA club listings

Posted all minutes and meet results as received.

Created many meet forms for newsletter and web site.
