New Business:  There is currently no one running for the Southwest Zone director position for USMS.  Justin Davis from Rose Bowl Masters has said that he might be interested in running and Jeff Moxie has said that he will run for the position.  Michael Heather has said that he will withdraw his name from USMS Vice President of National Operations and then ask to be nominated for Vice President of Community Services for USMS.  Bids for top ten and Registrar need to be in by August 15 as the decision needs to be made by September 1.  Elections for SPMA officers will be held at the annual meeting on November 17, 2005.  The cutoff date for nominations of SPMA officers will be November 1, 2005.
