2008 Open Water Season
Season ends in September
Races in red are a part of the SPMA Ocean Series.
These races were sanctioned by SPMA for USMS and are only open to swimmers registered with United States Masters
Swimming in order to provide USMS insurance coverage to swimmers and event hosts alike.
Points will be kept and awards will be given to the top SPMA-registered swimmers in each age
group at the end of the season.Races not sanctioned by SPMA are in Bold Black Letters and USMS registration may or may not be required. Check with the event host! However, only USMS sanctioned races will have USMS insurance coverage. To check water quality at any of the race locations, click on Heal the Bay's map, and follow directions to the beach you are interested in.
